All rates include service, the use of flipcharts, overhead projector, dia projector, screen, stationary. VAT 21%  is not included.

Equipment Rental:

• Projector (1400 Ansi Lumen) to be connected to a pc euro 100.00 + Vat 21% per day
• 47-inch flat screen TV euro 100.00 + Vat 21% per day
• Video-recorder for VHS euro 50.00 + Vat 21% per day
• Microphone pin euro 150.00 + Vat 21% per day

Restaurant services

• Coffee break euro 12.00 per person, VAT and service included. Tea, American coffee, espresso, milk, fruit juices,  cookies  are served during coffee breaks.

• Business lunch served or à buffet, 3-courses menu starting from euro 45.00 per person, VAT, service, drinks and wine included. Seasonal menu proposals of our chef.

• Other proposals for the lunch break, such as  snack or quick lunch starting from euro 30.00 per person,  VAT and service included.

 
Coffee breaks and business lunches can be served in private rooms or during spring and summer time in the gazebo of our rose garden.
